R Sampath
Director

Sampath is Managing Director at Quanta Consulting, Inc. www.QuantaCo.com, a Los Angeles based advisory firm helping US companies with strategy & execution across India markets, sourcing, and investment. Practice areas include green technology opportunities, rural opportunities, and trade. He also founded social entrepreneurial companies with a mission to drive change in bottom of pyramid markets using innovative technology and business models.

Grounded in over 20 years of experience, Sampath delivers global insight and successful India market penetration for businesses, non-profits, & ventures. Previously, he held senior management, marketing & technology roles at Capital One, Reuters, and hi-tech start-ups. Sampath has taught Global Business in the UC-Irvine Merage MBA program. He also speaks widely at conferences and in the media. Sampath serves on the boards and committees of the IBA Journal, IEEE, IEABA, California Governor’s CTE Initiative, and TechAmerica.

Sampath holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business, and a Bachelors in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India.



Kiran Narayan
Director and Advisor

Kiran brings over 15 years of global experience across Telecom, Consumer Electronics, Automotive product companies. He is a seasoned technocrat with specialization in Project Management, Operations & Supply Chain Management. He was responsible for providing strategic direction to outsourcing with Tier I/II vendors and managing relationships with OEM partners. Major assignments were in India, USA, Mexico & Thailand.

Kiran holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of Mysore, Karnataka, India and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Akron, USA.

Dr. Subhash Sharma
Senior Advisor

Educated in India and USA, Dr. Subhash Sharma holds a Ph.D. from the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. He is well known as ‘Indian Management’ Thinker, Institution builder and Innovative experimenter. His innovative contributions have been acknowledged both at the national and international levels.

As a Management Thinker, Prof. Subhash Sharma has made significant contributions to ‘Indian Management and Social Thought’ through his creative and thought provoking books. As an Institution Builder, Prof. Sharma has made distinctive contributions to institution building in India. He assisted in conceptualization and development of WISDOM (Women's Institute for Studies in Development Oriented Management) at Banasthali University, Banasthali, Rajasthan. As Founding-Director, Indian Institute of Plantation Management, Bangalore, he developed it from project report and creation stage. He is Founding Member, Indus Business Academy (IBA), Bangalore and Greater Noida and is currently Director, Indus Business Academy (IBA), Bangalore.
